1985 Cadillac Cimarron

The 1985 Cadillac Cimarron was a concept car that never made it to production. The Cimarron had a two windshield design, t.v.'s in the front and back, and a cellular phone that you could put on speaker to talk hands free. It was definitely before it's time and it looked stunning, I wish they would've made this one.

Uniquely Designed Cars Of 1989

The 1989 Cadillac Solitaire is one of the most uniquely designed cars, but it never went into production. Notice how the windshield moves up the roof and to the rear of the car. I don't understand the no rear view mirrors concept. The front wheels have skirts so when it's time to make a turn the skirts pop our. The steering wheel is electronically adjusted so the extra long doors can pivot halfway inside the car when opened. It has a V-12 engine with the power of 430 horses.

1986 Chevrolet Corvette Indy

The 1986 Corvette Indy was another concept car ahead of it's time but never made it to production. In 1986 for a car to have a navigational system it was saying a lot. It also had a dashboard mounted camera that provided rear vision. It actually had a 4 wheel steering system that gave it great handling and rotation sensors on the wheels gave it an optimum braking system.
